Oh, the gray hairs he gives me. But, who can not smile at him?! Well, except for the times he looks me dead in the face and tells me that 'I'm taking him to his limits'. Serious.
Or, there are the times that he starts singing "You talk to much, you worry me to death..." lol. You can go read about some of his antics over at Bleah's blog {granddaughter of Grammie, who watch the kids during the day}
But, {yes, I just started a sentence with but...it's the end of the school year, and I stopped caring last week.}...moving on...But, there are the times he wraps his arms around my neck, gives me a kiss on the cheek and says, "Mommy, I love you." I melt. Those are the times that I might look the other way when he decides to turn our downstairs furniture into his jungle gym. It goes something like this: start on the overstuffed chair, jump to the ottoman, ottoman to the coffee table, table to the love seat, and love seat to the big couch...wash, rinse, and repeat. He could do that for hours.
That's our boy, and I wouldn't trade him for the world. He doesn't know it yet, but he is going to start in karate when we get back from our road trip. I'm sure I'll have a few stories from that!
